Recently I received the mail about delivery fee, so I post this to tell about situation. When user want to apply for ProductID, please user need pay the expense or the fee with delivery (UPS or DHL). Please everyone know this situation, because we here is limitation of human work, if you follow, there will work simple and get IDs fast.
